Education and Covid-19.

                   Covid-19 virus  The COVID-19 pandemic impact is still being witnessed despite the goverment through its ministry of health abolishing the mandatory wearing of masks and restrictions to use the public properties.  The greatest effect was left on the education sector and the impact is now being felt on the ongoing Primary to secondary school transition of over 1.2M pupils who sat for their final primary school examination. The program on the expansion of the school infrastructure was halted due to limited funds that was caused due to COVID-19 impact of the economy and this has made the ministry to restrict the students admission in different schools due to limited space.  The ministry of health has instructed the head of top secondary schools to absorb more students from the public primary school leaving out the students who got high marks to join the average county schools.
